Angela Sargsyan, born in Yerevan Armenia on 16 December 1982. Angela developed into a very active and sporty kid. In her early years she was swimming, as early as age three. She also began skating. She continued figure skating until the age of thirteen. Angela began karate shortly following her decision to quit figure skating. In the 1996 Armenian Youth Full Contact Karate Championships in Yerevan Armenia, Angela won an award of Silver. Angela has never lost her passion for sports.
