Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows as a teenager. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card to get her degree from college. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than happy of her placing. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as possible. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and another days heavy weight.
