Coleman was raised in the Lancashire town of Blackpool. She graduated from Arnold School Blackpool, where she achieved straight As for her A-levels. The 2009 British Soap Awards she was recognized in the Best Actress Sexiest Female and the Best Dramatic Performance category. Coleman is nominated as Best Actress by the TV Choice Awards. Steven Moffat revealed at a Doctor Who Press Conference on March 21, 2012 that Coleman was going to play Matt Smith as the Doctor's Companion following the departure of Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill and other actors quit the show. Moffat selected her for the role due to her being the most successful with Smith and was able to speak faster than him. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. Elle has been in the film industry since 1987. Her most popular role was on television. Eva has played a variety of TV characters, however Dr. Maria Santos from All My Children as well as Detective Natalia Boa Vistas from CSI Miami have stood out. The former even earned her two 'Daytime Emmy' nominations and allowed her to express her creative side through music. Eva is also an entrepreneur, philanthropist and the philanthropist. Her third husband is the father of her daughter.
