Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American author, singer and actor best known for playing Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first stage performance in the 1950s. In 1956, she had her breakthrough with a performance on Broadway with Li'l Abner. That same year, she made her debut album, It's time for Tina. Louise debuted on the screen in Hollywood in God's Little Acre, a film that was released in the year 1958. She played Griselda who was a character from the film. Louise enrolled in Actors Studio, New York at the time, and later became Lee Strasberg's student. Another notable character she portrayed in the role of Ginger Grant, which CBS was the first to sign her on with in 1964. Louise was able to balance her acting career across Broadway TV and Hollywood acting in more realistic characters as in contrast to her portrayal as a glamorous girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series, as well as Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. Recently, she's also become the most sought-after director for popular television shows like Supernatural as well as The 100. Born on August 28, 1965, in Essex. At the age of 3years old, her family moved her to Toronto which is where she spent the majority of in the city for her entire childhood. After being chosen in 1997 for the role of Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has lived there since then.
