Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American author, singer and actor best known for playing Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her acting career began as a stage artist during the 1950s beginning with Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. She continued to perform in various Broadway productions before making it big on the national theatre area with Li'l abner's in 1957. She also released her first album, titled It's Time to Tina in the same year. Louise made her foray into Hollywood acting as Griselda Walden on God's little Acre, a film about drama that was released in 1958.The film received a lot of praise as well as Louise received her Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. When she was in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her friendship and friendship with Lee Strasberg. Her next unforgettable role was in 1964. She signed with CBS for the role of Ginger Grant. Louise had a successful career in Hollywood and Broadway as a somber character in order to dispel her image as a glamour doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and for her role as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although in the last few years she also has made her name as a successful director in numerous well-known TV shows including Supernatural or The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on August 28th 1965. Her family relocated to Toronto at the age of three and she continued to live there throughout in the adolescent years and childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver, Canada after her selection for the role of lead.
