Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is popular for her portrayal of Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island during the 1960s. Her acting career began in stage shows during the 1950s starting at the age of Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. Thereafter she acted in numerous Broadway productions before making it popular in the national theatre area with Li'l abner's in the year 1957. She also released her first music album called It's time for Tina within the same year. Louise's debut appearance in Hollywood was as Griselda in God's Little Acre, a 1958 drama. The film was met with wide reviews. Louise won the Golden Globe Award under the New Star of the year category. Louise enrolled in Actors Studio, New York during that time, becoming Lee Strasberg's teacher. In 1964, she won the role of her life when CBS appointed her as Ginger Grant. Louise did a great task of switching between Broadway and Hollywood. She was portrayed as a dark and contrasting characters in contrast to her glamorous image that she was seen as. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series as Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she's made her name for herself as the director of numerous popular television shows like Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex Ontario, on the 27th August, 1965 the family relocated to Toronto when she was three. Her childhood was spent in Toronto and then her adolescence. Then she settled in Vancouver when she was chosen to play Samantha Carter.
